The principle of transparency

From the production location to the group head office – every work place demands specific skills and expertise. By working in different areas, your view of our company and the challenges it faces are sharpened. So we encourage committed employees to move between the Business Units and Group Functions at LANXESS. This also includes foreign assignments at our global locations.

Individual development plans

The basis of individual development for us lies in an active feedback culture. Appreciative, timely and relevant feedback between a manager and an employee builds the basis for a long-lasting trust-based relationship, that facilitates sustained further development. In addition we also encourage our talented staff depending on their needs with different development instruments, including internal orientation centers, coaching, mentoring as well as so-called 360-degree feedback processes.

The LANXESS Academy

We have developed training programs designed specifically for LANXESS to give our employees access to valuable specialist knowledge and to encourage the development of their skills. In addition to local further training measures and a summer academy, our programs also include international management programs and an International Sales Academy.
