Your job
  • Build customer loyalty in the Chemical Industry as internal interface to the Spanish and Portuguese customer
  • Manage the complete Customer Service from initial customer contact, support quotation, price maintenance,  generation of order entry to analyzing the distribution channel best practice with the goal of achieving great customer satisfaction
  • Handle routine and non-routine customer order activities, including managing customer demand
  • Take responsibility to receive and record customer complaints and facilitate the solution
  • Initiate corrective actions and take the lead to solve the issue for the customer
  • Maintain SCM - related contract details in appropriate tools (CRM, SAP, Sharepoint, other)
  • Create business value through continuous improvement and optimization Collaborate with Sales Representatives
Your know-how
  • Professional of business administration, BA welcome
  • Three years of professional experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of SAP, SD, MM
  • Fluent language skills in Spanish and English
