Our retention program for top talents
For us here at LANXESS it is important to stay in touch with particularly gifted interns, building upon and maintaining our contact to them. We therefore developed the "eXclusive" program. The basic principle is straightforward: Those who convince us with above-average performance during their internships at LANXESS will receive further support. This may involve, among other things, personal advice as well as preferential opportunities for further training.
The best opportunities for the best brains
As a "top intern" you have the chance to participate in selected seminars. The "eXclusive" program is also worthwhile for you in view of your later career start – regardless of whether we are talking about foreign internships, trainee positions or direct entry at LANXESS.
The program is targeted fundamentally at third master students, who still have at least six months left to study. We have set up clear selection criteria for acceptance into the program – including a very good grade average, impressive performance during an internship at LANXESS lasting for a minimum of three months, as well as an outstanding profile in terms of soft skills and expertise.
