We are dedicated to optimizing plant performance through capital investment programs, efficient working capital usage, and waste minimization. Maintenance activities are meticulously planned and executed to ensure plant safety and compliance. We are driving improvements and automation in machinery/process reliability by conducting studies and implementing effective strategies. Budget management from project identification to completion is a key focus, alongside the preparation of CAPEX/OPEX/Inventory budgets. These budgets are aligned with our vision for asset availability, cost optimization, reliability, compliance, automation, and future plant needs. Leadership is provided to all departments, fostering a culture of coaching, mentoring, and development to create a high-performing, future-ready team. Departmental objectives are set, with ongoing progress and performance closely monitored. We ensure strong communication across teams and facilitate information exchange. Regular reporting on manufacturing activities to the senior management team is conducted to maintain accuracy and transparency.

• B.E Chemical / B.Tech Chemical Engineering.
