Job Highlights

Here are the main responsibilities.

• Planning, scheduling & implementation of preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance.Ensure the mechanical Maintenance of the process in order to keep the assets in top condition and improve plant Reliability. Implement best maintenance practices, preventive maintenance schedule to reduce breakdown  by using  maintenance tool.
• Project planning to decide installations and commissioning.Complying legal requirements for existing assets. 
• Responsible to spares management with focus on maintaining low spares inventories also Analyze the upset/failure and take corrective & preventive action for future to avoid recurrence of the problem and resolve chronic issues.
• Periodic review of regular repair maintenance cost, major overhauling cost & capex cost for optimzation of cost & to avoid the surprises for budget management. To keep the maintenance expenditure within the sanctioned budget.
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reducing breakdown losses to increase plant availability.
• Compliance to Lexcore Directives.Planning and implementation of maintenance processes, methods, perparation of SOPs, check list & maintaining of all documents related to HACCP, compliance check, FAMIQS, GMP.
• Implementation of ISO 9001, 14000, 18000 in all related areas.
• Ensure defined quality of welding and fabrication jobs, upkeeping, safety and Contractor management by planning & organizing manpower, materials and resources for all maintenance activities & annual overhauling jobs.
• Follow up with procurement for timely supply of material. Vendor development for technological up-gradation.

Requirements

Here are the main requirements

• BE / B Tech Mechanical
• Minimum 15 years experience.
• Work experience in Chemical plant equipment and Utilities maintenance
• Project executions and commissioning - Chemical plant
• Experience in maintenance and handling of Glass lined, SS & Graphite equipments like columns, reactors, reboilers, chilllers, vacuum ejectors, pumps
• Exposure and experience in Cogen plant, high pressure solid fuel boilers, Vapour absoption machines, Nitrogen plant and RO systems will be an additional advantage.
