TRAINEE PROGRAMS

Exciting tasks and intensive personal support: This is precisely what LANXESS offers qualified university graduates in subject-related training programs. Over a period of up to 18 months you work through different departments, actively shaping the program as you go with optional assignments. You may start by learning about the specialty chemicals business on a work shadowing assignment at one of our production facilities as well. The program may also include a foreign assignment as well as work on international projects.
