Job Highlights

  • Provide advanced level administrative support and sole back -up for logistics operation to meet customer requirements.
  • Plant Manger Assistance: Arrange international and domestic travel and process expense reports. Maintain calendar, and schedule meetings as necessary. 
  • Logistic Coordinator Back-up & Support: Process orders for railcars, trucks, & containers to meet customer requirements. Handling delivery issues with customers and carriers. Track usage of raw material.  
  • Budget/Actuals: Generate monthly expenditure reports for analyisis and planning in SAP. Process service entries in SAP. Generate vendor purchase requests.
  • Plant Personnel Assistance: Assist with charts/presentation for monthly reporting and meetings. Assist staff with visitor access.
  • General Office: Responsible for document control for ISO, Responsible Care, and regulatory compliance. Coordination of annual procedure review. Handling of internal and external audit preperation. Maintaining miscellaneous plant data bases.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Work Experience: 5 to 10 years.
  • Special Skills: Excellent time managment and organizational skills.
  • Other Competencies: MS-Office, SAP and Lotus Notes.
