Job Highlights

Develop and maintain all site specific policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, safety and health regulations, security requirements and quality policies and procedures.
Maintain the quality management system and quality policies and procedures to be compliant with ISO 9001 & 14001.
Ensure quality assurance, quality control and quality management system of BL-FTA Bushy Park.
When tasked, act as a substitute for the plant manager.
Follow and determine needed action linked to process improvements, plant trials and process trouble shooting.
Monitor individual staff performance against agreed set targets and periodically review such performance. This to include delegation of responsibilities to team members in a planned way.
Determine and control the safety and other training of the whole organization in Bushy Park.
Administrator of the document management system, incident reporting, leading tap roots etc.
Prepare and support in all waste, environmental and energy reporting and management.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field, Masters Degree preferred.
At least 5 years' experience in a HSEQ position, preferably in chemical production.
Creative thinking to improve safety culture/ training system.
Able to make decisions in safety and quality.
Chemistry knowledge in order to optimize and digitalize the lab.
Experience with environmental reporting.
