Job Highlights

We are looking for a competitive Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities, include pursuing new sales prospects, managing existing sales, negotiating deals and maintaining distribution channels and customers of North Region.

Responsibilities :

  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and customer visits.

  3. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales

  4. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

  5. Ensuring product/ service support for the customers during development.

  6. Co-ordination between different functions within company to carry out the business development function such as logistics, administration, finance etc.

  7. Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams. Updating market and competition information (market survey / intelligence) from time to time in lines with guidelines from Branch and or Head Office on regular basis.

  8. Customer Visits and travelling on a frequent and regular basis in the Northern region.

  9. Competition Tracking – sales, network and business model on regular basis.

  10. Receivables Management of Northern customers in line with BU targets.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc with Chemistry / B.Tech in Paint Technology, with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Candidates from the field of Water Base Paints (Architectural Coatings)  or Biocides will be preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Hindi & English.
  4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  6. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  7. Needs to be efficient in co-ordinating with internal and external customers.
