Job Highlights

  • Process Safety Documentation & Discussion: HAZOP, PHA, PSM, JSA, PTHA, Internal Audits, Lock out Tag out
  • Process Optimization/ Continuous  Improvement: Kaizen, 6S, lean manufacturing
  • Incident Investigation/ Corrective Actions
  • Assigned Program such as Hose Management, LOTO procedure etc..
  • Equipment Troubleshooting Support
  • New Product/ Process Implementation/ MOC
  • Production/ supervisory support as needed: SAP, Inventory management, excel data etc.
  • Develop, Update and maintain SOP as needed
  • Other Task as assigned/ Inter-departmental team collaboration
  • Perform and Participate on Audit
  • Individual contributor who performs less complex engineering assignments
  • Work is subject to practices and procedures covered by precedents and may require periodic review with team members
  • Responsible for safety of self and others and contributes to incident investigations when required
  • Utilizes basic engineering skills and problem-solving techniques to investigate and solve issues of a low to moderate complexity
  • Completes conventional assignments which involve a limited number of easily distinguishable factors and the application of standard processes and techniques


  • Bachelor degree in chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a Process Engineering role
  • Microsoft: Excel, Word, Project
  • Knowledge in HAZOPs, PHA, PI&D
  • Continuous Improvement Methodology: Kaizen, Siz Sigma, etc
  • Minimum supervisory
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good Time management
  • Project Management
  • Good communication skills and problem solving skill
  • Good team player and maintain a positive attitude
