Job Highlights

  • Monitors plant operation and make adjustments to the operating conditions according to standard operating procedures and manuals of the NaHS unit, NaHS loading, operation of H2S stripper, scrubber brine system, operation of cooling towers, and raw material unloading operations.
  • Ensures smooth, efficient and safe operation
  • Good housekeeping skills required
  • Ability to work with Bromine and Utility operators.
  • Lead and participate in team and shift safety meetings.
  • Complete all safety and ethics computer training.
  • Monitor and keep assigned 5-S area in compliance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer skills required, SAP preferred
  • Must be able to work rotating shift and cover overtime as required
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends on rotating shift
  • Must be able to work in bona fi de safety sensitive position
  • Must be able to concentrate and remain alert for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
  • Self-motivated, team player, requiring minimal supervision
  • Good troubleshooting skills
