Job Highlights
  • Manage onsite medical clinics and coordinating and providing appropriate care, treatment, and follow up of work related injuries/illnesses.
  • Providing support to short-term and long-term disability and return to work programs.
  • Managing, coordinating, and implementing medical surveillance programs such as: Blood-borne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, lead and asbestos awareness.
  • Performing drug and alcohol screening when needed plus the required 25% random quarterly drug screening.
  • Performing new hire physicals, coordinating with physical therapists, and work hardening providers as needed, work with Safety and HR in development of Functional Capacity work evaluations.
  • Responding to weekend and after hours medical questions for work related injuries
Requirements
  • Minimum of Mastsrs <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">with a preference for a DNP. ER and trauma experience a plus
  • 5 years plus in clinical experience, ER and trauma experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to teach instructor lead and create training programs for a variety of learning audiences
