Job Highlights

  • Put your engineering background to use to tackle short-term projects that offer hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Analyze KPI’s to determine bad actor equipment for each process.
  • Participate in predictive maintenance inspections, help determine frequency of inspections.
  • Participate in root cause failure analysis for premature failures.
  • Work with maintenance, production, and engineering to drive reliability projects for process units.
  • Grow your skills and knowledge by working with experienced engineers and professionals.

Requirements

  • Must have completed sophomore year studies in a bachelor's level engineering program (preferably mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering)
  • Ability to work full time during the Summer of 2025. 
  • An ability to work independently on complicated problems and within the context of multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent time management skills to balance daily activities with longer term projects
  • Willingness to work both at a desk and in a manufacturing plant
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic documents and drawings
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products and other business programs
