Job Highlights

Daily process monitoring and reporting
Manage production volume data facilitating accurate production & cost reporting
Operator supervision including daily instructions, scheduling, coaching, and training
Assist managers and supervisors with collecting and analyzing cost and production data as part of the budgeting process.
Develop & Implement production entry, cost monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and other SAP procedures. Train operations department personnel on production entry into SAP.
Subject matter expert on production process for PHAs, RCAs, Production and QC investigations
Unit point of contact for Maintenance, E/I, QC, and Production Scheduling
Monitors KPIs to ensure production deliverables are met
Daily performance monitoring and adjustment to meet safety, quality, and production targets

Requirements

High school diploma required.
- Technical trade school or college education is a plus.
5-10 years of chemical manufacturing experience required
Leadership and interpersonal skills are a plus
Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve end results.
Improve and update existing operating procedures and write new procedures as needed.
Process and equipment troubleshooting skills required
Strong communication skills
SAP experience requireD
