Job Highlights
The Maintenance Coordinator will assist the Maintenance Manager in performing day to day maintenance activities to include but not be limited to mechanical integrity (MI), maintenance of high-pressure boilers, RC 1400 and ISO 9000.
Responsibilties will include:
- Insuring all employees are working safely, while maintaining equipment reliability, with best quality, on time.
- Enter and extract CMMS information in the SAP system and maintain files of completed work orders and inspection records.
- Within SAP, you will request quotes, submit requisitions, receive parts, and perform Good receipts.
- Maintain documentations related to contractor activities.
- Submit Maintenance Department Charge Hours to Accounting Department.
- SAP CMMS review, establish job hours, change notifications, print & assign work orders.
- Daily plant wide inspections, including documenting near misses.
- Contact and support DPCC & SPCC tank inspections and follow-up.
- Assist in other tasks as directed.
Requirements
This position requires a high-school diploma but associates degree is preferred.
3 to 5 years of prior plant maintenance (preferrably chemical plant) is required.
Prior experience using and general knowledge of SAP.
Successful candidate will have strong communication (written and verbal), mechanical, and problem solving skills.
