Job Highlights

  • Ensure daily production requirements are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, processes operate at optimum level in regard to quality and output
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop improvement projects on safety, quality, process, equipment, procedures.
  • Track OEE for continuous improvement, provide monthly report to management and work with operations/maintenance team to address the bad actors.
  • Supervise the logistic, packaging and water treatment plant activities to ensure day to day business goals are achieved
  • Investigates and responds to all safety, environmental and other incidents involving production employees and ensures adherence to all rules, policies and procedures
  • Works with engineering department to complete projects within the assigned unit which includes participation on MOC, PSSR and safety review.
  • Develop, update and maintain SOPs, work instructions, JSAs and other related documents. Provide technical support and train operators on updated procedures.
  • Conduct tests and monitor the process performance throughout production with troubleshooting problems associated with production processes and losses.
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Provide process documentation and operating instructions


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering is required
  • Work Experience- up to 3 years of experience in chemical industry is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP, and Power Point is required.
  • Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma, knowledge of PSM and PHA's is a plus
  • PFD's, P&ID's, Microsoft Project is a plus
