Job Highlights

Conform to plant safety and environmental policies, accepting responsibility for personal safety
Work in, and comply with, cGMP guidelines
Package, prepare, and load product for shipments as needed based on demand (both packaged and bulk product)
Assess shipment needs against production volume and organize material inventory as needed working with shipping coordinator
Load and unload product/packaging material through use of fork lift
Apply proper package labeling and shipping documentation with regard to D.O.T. requirements
Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and communication with other employees using multiple methods of communication
Participate on organization EH&S teams and initiatives to implement solutions and improvements
Maintain a high degree of motivation by being flexible, displaying good leadership, and being able to prioritize and make informed decisions to meet business requirements

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of distribution/shipping D.O.T. requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• Willing and able to: lift or move up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, ladders
• Experience working in cGMP facility
