Job Highlights

Quality Assurance / Control for PA - / PBT-based compounded material.
SOP and WI preparation according to Lab. Requirement
Handling of lab equipment – MVR, Viscosity, Mechanical testing and Injection molding
Responsible for quality assurance of produced materials and raw materials and provide color match.
Documentation of quality related activities
Responsible for validation of testing equipment in the quality control laboratory
ERP system handling and Documentation
Testing of in-process and lot release quality parameters
Maintain good housekeeping in and around laboratory area.
Provide various trainings to concerns on Quality work instruction.

Requirements

BE or Master in Plastic/Polymer Technology
Having Experience in Plastic related testing laboratory i.e having good knowledge on Plastic testing equipment (Viscosity, MVR, Flaxural, Impact etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
