Job Highlights

• Responsible to handle Shift with compliance of Safety standards SOP’s, JSAs and to achieve zero loss time injury in plant
• To meet the production requirement as per shift demand
• Ensure smooth production and do necessary Trouble shooting during the shift
• Coordinate with other service function
• o ensure and sustain the standard product quality as per product specification
• Responsibility of Skill development of sub-ordinates through training & development
• Provide new ideas and support process improvement activities

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech Chemical 
• 4 to 8 Years of experience in Chemical Industry
• Good interpersonal skill & Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
