Job Highlights

 

  • Responsible for creating the Sourcing Initiative Document based on the approved Purchasing Policy and the Envalior Purchasing Plan or an event.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing sourcing activities for the relevant categories as to deliver maximized total cost of ownership savings for these categories
  • Responsible for defining and leading cross-functional sourcing teams.
  • Responsible for Category Analysis and strategy development within selected sourcing approach.
  • Accountable for industry analyses, analyzing Envalior customer requirements and supplier analyses.
  • Responsible for supplier assessment and negotiation preparation.
  • Responsible for negotiation, contract authorization, defining and approval of the implementation plan.
  • Accountable for implementing relevant contracts and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Responsible for developing and managing relationships with suppliers.
  • Accountable for tracking suppliers’ performance. Responsible for evaluating bonus and rebate agreements.
  • Accountable for complaint handling. Responsible for supplier segmentation.
  • Responsible for terminating contracts. Accountable for performing periodic contract review.
  • Responsible for e-sourcing activities.

Requirements

 

  • B.E. Mechanical /Chemical, Master degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience in purchase functional and preferred in similar industry.
  • More than 10 years’ experience in indirect category procurement.
  • Good communication and negotiating skills.
