Job Highlights

  • Rubber processing promoters technical interface to the customer, technical presentation, explaining product application, answer technical questions and do product trils at customer place.
  • Work closely with Sales on customer meetings to identify customer needs. Systematic collection of customer feedback and relevant information during customer interactions. Development of technical visit reports.
  • Derive insights into customer needs and forward/discuss this information to the marketing and product development team. Continuous update on opportunities in the market
  • Identify new technologies/new products in the rubber Industry & develop /implent products accordingly in collaboration with Application technology department.
  • Trouble shooting / customer complaints handling for rubber processing promoters products.
  • Contribute to the creation of case studies, white papers and technical presentations. Give lectures at trade fairs and conferences. Write invention disclosures and patent applications.
  • Create and evaluate developments and laboratory orders.

Requirements

  • M Sc Chemistry/polymer science
  • Experience in Rubber compounding is added advantage.
  • Experience in Oleo Chemistry is added advantage.
  • Good Communication & Presentation skill.
