Process Technician

Job Highlights

• Managing all the field activities like charging of various raw materials in Feed hoppers, Packing of Finished Goods, Operation of Extruder, Mixer, Pelletiser, Classifier, fluidized Bed dryer & PLC Operation.
• Should have knowledge of rotating equipment’s like pump, extruder, air blower & their maintenance work.
• Monitoring of Process parameters & handling of all kind of waste.
• Knowledge of process safety and use of PPE’s during operations.
• Basic knowledge of Instruments and Control.
• Maintaining Housekeeping in operation area.

Requirements

• Diploma plastic processing technology
• 2 to 4 Years of experience in Engineering plastic production
