Job Highlights

  • Conduct routine laboratory tests.
  • Management of maintenance and operational readiness of laboratory equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal compliances in lab.
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures (calibration and maintenance of test equipment, equipment records, validations, etc.)
  • Report non-conformances and support root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Execution of specific quality tests for raw material check-in, in-process analytics and finished product evaluation.
  • Preparation of calculations and handling instructions for adjustment of off-spec batches after in-process analytics.
  • Assurance of timely execution of all quality tests to ensure in-time delivery of the finished products to customers.
  • Preparation of quality related delivery documentation for finished products.

Experience / Skills

  • M.Sc Chemistry
  • 4 - 8 Years of experience in chemical Industry 
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
