Job Highlights
- Design and protect harmonized business processes across all Business Units, Group Functions and regions
- Strengthen End-to-End process documentation in the area of Record-to-Report to enable end users for their daily activities
- Enforce groupwide process adherence to existing End-to-End business process standards
- Develop and establish conceptual solutions for new functional requirements within the ERP-landscape at LANXESS
- Identify, elaborate and drive process improvements along the End-to-End processes within Record-to-Report
- Assess and lead process change request for approval and funding
- Define and enhance performance indicators to measure and improve process performance in the area of Record-to-Report
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or similar
- Advanced operational experience in the field of Finance and Controlling
- Profound understanding of business relationships with a special focus on interdependencies within the area of Record-to-Report
- Strong communication skills and solution orientation
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Very good MS Office skills
