Job Highlights

 

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their processes, challenges, and strategic goals
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to improve processes and decision-making
  • Develop business cases and financial models to assess the impact of AI solutions
  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications for IT and Data Science teams
  • Support project execution and rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Define and implement KPIs to track the financial value and operational impact of AI use cases

Requirements

 

  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field - Master's degree is highly preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital transformation or data-driven process consulting, including AI strategy
  • Blend of strategic consulting, financial modeling and technical literacy
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business units and corporate functions
  • Proactive in identifying AI opportunities and quantifying their business value
  • Skilled in developing clear, actionable business requirements
  • Experience in overseeing project execution and facilitating successful rollouts
  • Competence in defining and tracking KPIs for AI initiatives
