Job Highlights

  • Harmonisation of Plan-to-make business processes within the Business Unit Flavors & Fragrances (BU F&F)
  • Execution of process analysis within workshops and with available tools and reports
  • Derive and implement BU internal initiatives for production processes close to the group-standard
  • Identification and leading of optimization initiatives together with the impacted stakeholders
  • Deriving impact of process changes/optimizations on master data
  • Support of BU-internal projects with impact on business processes
  • Support of ERP roll-out and post-merger activities from a business process perspective
  • Establish and manage the global Key-User community within the BU F&F to ensure efficient processes and to drive continuous improvements
  • Close collaboration with the BU internal stakeholders (SCM, Production, Marketing, Sales etc.), the global process owners as well as the LANXESS-wide Process and Data Governance department

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or relevant experience in these areas
  • Several years of professional experience in the process industry or in a consulting environment desirable
  • Detailed knowledge of ERP-processes, especially in the supply chain area and production planning
  • Practical experience with SAP S/4 HANA 
  • Initial experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations advantageous, but not a requirement
  • Initial knowledge of project management and business process analysis is a prerequisite
  • Experience in lateral leadership and management of Key-User communities as well as change management experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel
