Job Highlights

 

Technical Leadership & Development Oversight

  • Lead the AI Technical domain and mentor the solution architects and GenAI development teams who are aligned to this domain in designing scalable AI applications
  • Guide the implementation of RAG-based architectures, AI agents, and API-driven AI services
  • Align with IT security teams to mitigate risks associated with LLM-based AI applications
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders, AI engineers, and platform teams to align technical execution with business goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring AI solutions meet both functional and operational needs

AI Solution Architecture & Integration

  • Define and maintain the technical architecture for AI applications(primarily Generative AI) , ensuring they align with enterprise IT standards
  • Oversee integration of the AI solutions with the enterprise platforms and coordinate with the platform teams
  • Ensure AI security best practices, compliance, and responsible AI governance in all deployments

Agile Delivery & Backlog Management

  • For the select developments, manage the technical backlog, ensuring clear requirements, well-defined user stories, and proper prioritization
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions in an agile, iterative approach

Technology Scouting & Innovation

  • Keep track of emerging AI technologies, assessing their feasibility for enterprise-scale deployment
  • Provide recommendations on new tools, architectures, and methodologies to enhance AI adoption

Requirements

 

  • Experience in AI-powered applications, particularly with GenAI, LLMs, and RAG and/or Agent-based architectures
  • Experience in secure AI architecture, including LLM Frameworks like LangChain, security concepts like JWT
  • Strong hands on knowledge of Python
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, system integration, and cloud-based deployments
  • Understanding of AI security principles and responsible AI implementation
  • Agile mindset, with experience in backlog management and iterative AI solution delivery
  • Technical leadership experience, guiding solution architects and engineers
  • Basic understanding & exposure to Data Modelling & various data models
  • Experience with NLP Technologies is a plus
  • You have a strong background in software architecture with an interest in GenAI and enterprise AI solutions
  • You thrive in agile environments, enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and can translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
  • You are comfortable leading technical teams, ensuring that AI-driven applications are practical, secure, and maintainable
