Job Highlights

  • Supporting the Product Manager and the Global Marketing Director aroma chemicals by collecting, analysing and compiling business data and management reports and presentations.
  • maintenance and validation of planning tools (especially sales, prices,) per product
  • supports Product Manager in monitoring of raw material price developments, price calculation and implementation of price and quantity policy in cooperation with the sales organization for the expansion of CGM
  • supporting in the preparation and consolidation of sales and production planning in coordination with SCM and production (business or cluster meetings)
  • detailed coordination of sales-relevant processes between sales, supply chain and production
  • Implement and maintain conditions of customer contracts and distributor pricing. Perform contract review of current and new contracts in coordination with the product manager. Perform contract price formulas calculation
  • assisting the Product Manager by collecting relevant data, data analysis, preparing reports and presentations for business reviews and market analysis
  • complaint handling in coordination with Sales, Production, SCM and the complaint coordinator

Requirements

  • Completed a professional training such as industrial clerk or similar qualification
  • Experience in marketing, product management or related fields
  • Analytical strengths and precision. Enjoys and excels in data analysis
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good knowledge of Office (especially Excell) , SAP, and (LXS) margin tools/calculations
