Head of GPM Transport Management (f/m/d)

Job Highlights

 

  • Design, build and protect a standardized and harmonized process globally across BUs, GFs and regions during the FIT project
  • Driving groupwide adherence to End-to-End process standards
  • Global implementation of process strategy including End-to-End process design for all business models as well as increase of process transparency, standardization and harmonization
  • Lead and provide guidance to the team of Global Process Experts
  • Functional lead over the stakeholders involved in the execution of E2E process activities
  • Resolve conflicts that cannot be resolved by Global Process Experts; escalate to Head of PDG for decisions if needed

Requirements

 

  • Master Degree in Business Administration or IT
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Outspoken expertise of processes in area of responsibility as well as sound knowledge of the logistics markets
  • Communication, Crosscultural and Team Lead Skills
  • Business Process Management experience and Project Management
  • Experience with IT Tools (ERP SAP, Process Mining, Reporting, Process Documentation)
  • Fluent english skills, both written and spoken
