Regulatory Affairs - EU Reach Specialist (f/m/d)

Job Highlights


  • Management of activities associated with existing EU REACH substance registrations for two European entities
  • Monitoring of business activities to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Prepare or direct the preparation of additional information or responses as requested by regulatory agencies
  • Participate in research of regulatory issues and dissemination of regulatory information to Production, QA, QC and R&D departments and senior management as required
  • Engage with EU-based trade associations on general and specific regulatory topics.
  • Engage with customers on regulatory issues



  • University Degree in Chemistry or related field
  • Industry experience or previous experience in a similar role required
  • Specific experience with EU REACH desirable
  • General understanding of regulatory frameworks, and how regulations are developed and enforced
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, further language skills are beneficial
  • Proficiency with IT tools to accomplish tasks (i.e., MS Office, IUCLID, regulatory databases)
