Sales Manager (f/m/d) BNL / Nordics

Job Highlights


  • Commercial responsibility for the sales of F&F BU products in  Benelux / Nordics
  • Meet or exceed annual goals within the territory and work in line with the KPI fixed in the yearly objectives. 
  • Based on own initiative and knowledge of the market, investigate and identify growth opportunities for new and existing products and customers 
  • Build, coordinate and maintain multi-level and multi-functional intercompany relationships with accounts, as well as internal teams. 
  • Close cooperation with Product Management, Business Development, R&D, Marketing, Customer Service to ensure overall customer satisfaction 
  • Document customer call reports, distributor reviews, market information, forecast, and development opportunities. 
  • Continuously provide meaningful market and competitive information to marketing teams.



  • Master degree in Chemistry and ideally post graduate business qualification 
  • Several years experience in sales of Specialty Chemicals to a wide range of different markets, ideally in Personal Care, Food, Home Care, Feed, Coatings.   
  • Experience in managing & developing accounts and building up multi-level relationships 
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment. 
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, pragmatic and down-to-earth 
  • Excellent relationship building skills and proactive behavior. Result oriented working style
  • Ability to travel up to 50% 
  • Superior German skills for customer interactions and superior English for all internal communication, Dutch and/or German is a plus
