Job Highlights

 

  • Management of existing customers in (south) Germany: independent commercial and technical consultation (implementation of commercial terms, introduction of new products / technologies, increase share of business, management of complaints, secure on time payment)
  • Acquistion of new customers: independently find, evaluate and acquire new customers in accordance with BU strategy regarding applications, products, price & volume strategy
  • Business reporting: continously report on  developments of individual accounts as well as markets using CRM. Precisely plan short to mid term business development for supply chain planning, forecasting, target setting using IBP. Continously update pipeline of business opportunities in CRM 
  • Competitor monitoring: observe and report on competitor activities regarding pricing, strategic focus (products, applications, geografical), material availability, personal set-up at single accounts as well as generally in the market
  • Set up and execute Global account strategy in alignment with Sales Directors (Regional and Global)
  • Develop, maintain and keep active and accessible non-buying accounts to prepare future business decisions
  • Coordinate Tech-Days/Workshops at key existing and new customers

Requirements

 

  • Masters degree in Enginerring or Chemical prefered
  • Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in chemical and/or industrial enviroment (prefered ion-exchange resin market)
  • Project Management Experience and analytical skills
  • Business awareness, prefered for the IXR market
  • Strong Communication skills in German and English
  • Team work
