Senior HR Manager / Business Partner Corporate Function (f/m/d)

Purpose of the Position

As HR consultant and main point of contact to leadership teams you support the business  in critical and strategic HR topics and ensure implementation of people strategy

Job Highlights
  • Act as strategic HR advisor to business leadership teams, connecting -when necessary- with HR global functional group to get the relevant specific expertise
  • Being the 'change and leadership agents' and influencer for cultural understanding and development
  • Listen to needs and feedback of the business with regard to HR-topics to initiate adaption of HR strategy when necessary
  • Support execution of Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
  • Identification of improvement opportunities for any global HR related topics
  • Translate global reward(s) strategy and performance management and ensure implementation
  • Advise and support key strategic projects including organizational design, restructuring and M&A transactions
  • Lead HR related parts of global projects, e.g. restructuring, new investments, M&A, organizational changes, change process
  • Highly experienced HR professional with master's degree (or Diplom) and broad experience in various HR areas of expertise
  • Ability to gain deep knowledge of the business, its organizational structure and stakeholders
  • Mature personality with entrepreneurial understanding and persuasive power
  • Experienced in conversation techniques, negotiation, presentation and conflict management
  • Ability to stand the stretch between challenging strategic scope and operational tasks
  • Capable to deal with different personalities on upper and executive management level
