Our Senior IT Consultant is part of a Digital Recruiting delivery team. 
You will be working within a dynamic team that executes Global IT Recruiting strategy. You will also be supporting the Recruiting and Onboarding teams globally with technology to enable various mission outcomes – both for internal and external customers. 



  • As an important member of our global Recruiting and Onboarding Community you act as our Global Process Owner for the HCM Suite SAP SF Recruiting and Onboarding 
  • You align day-to-day change requests  globally with the Recruiting Teams, manage regular IT change releases and support further HR IT projects with your special process knowledge
  • You prepare and manage the further rollout and the implementation of innovative HR IT tools and apps in the area of recruiting, onboarding and employer branding in close cooperation with our IT department and further partners.
  • You prepare the next level of  training concepts, training material and conduct trainings for different kind of users
  • You screen the HR technology market globally, participate in knowledge groups and conferences  and act as our LANXESS Subject Matter Expert globally
  • Authority to act independently for technological decisions as it relates to Recruiting/Onboarding



  • Master Degree in IT or IT related fields or in HR related fields with experience in HR technology
  • Fundamental knowledge in HR Technology, e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding or in a similar Human Capital Management Suite or HR software 
  • Project Management Skills
  • Training and Change Management Skills
  • Strong English Language Skills & Cultural Experiences
  • Knowledge in the area of marketing, branding or communication is a plus
  • Autonomous way of working with a ‘can do’ mentality in a global virtual setup
