Job Highlights

 

  • Run and analyze large-scale global digital RfX events with using typical interfaces (e.g. Coupa)
  • Utilize e-tender tools to enhance strategic sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Preparation and execution of negotiations with key suppliers
  • Execution of purchasing strategies in close alignment with the purchasing organization
  • Lead and support the deployment of data-driven and/or data-backed initiatives
  • Increase the digital tendering rate for LXS as part of the procurement strategy
  • Coordinate the collection, analysis and reporting of data from various sources to support strategic sourcing, supplier engagement and reporting needs

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in data analytics, business or a related field required
  • Working experience in procurement required
  • Experiences in programming (Python, Coupa) are beneficial
  • Very strong analytical, data handling and scenario building skills 
  • Data savvy with knowledge and interest in learning new tools within the procurement space 
  • Negotiation and commercial skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a global organization
  • Ability to work in a cross-regional team with outstanding intercultural competencies
  • Fluent in business English and German
