• Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. In accordance with Washington state requirements, the pay range for this position is Min: $113,600 to Max: $189,400.

Washington employees who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement accrue a minimum of 80 hours of vacation per year; have 10 paid holidays; and accrue 64 hours of Sick/Personal time per year. Employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement earn time off in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.
