Job Highlights

Manage as global member of the Interfaces & Access Rights Mgt. team the implementation or enhancement of SAP Success Factors (SAP SF) integrations
Ensure the integration of myHR SAP SF with the ERP platforms (LXP and L4P) by adjustment of basic HCM customizing and Business Integration Builder configuration
Taking over 2nd-Levelsupport activities for integration and processing incidents and change requests in ServiceNow in close cooperation with the myHR IT-Specialists, the HR Module Owners and the SAP ERP experts
Ensure as Technical Expert (SME) the integration of myHR SAP SF with all connected systems e.g. ERP platforms (LXP and L4P), payroll, IDM, etc.
Managing / Enhance / Support as 2nd Level technical Support SAP Cloud Services, i.e. Cloud Integration, Identity Authentication Service & Identity provisioning Service, People Analytics and Ingentis OrgManager, PeopleDoc
Troubleshooting / error analysis on local SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 systems together with ERP team for HR-Mini Master related integration configuration
Involvement in the SAP S/4 and SAP R/3 change request process on SAP Solution Manager
Implementation of new functionalities or further improvements; execution integration tests in the context of change requests and release management
Taking over international IT-HR (sub-)project management for enhancements and / or introduction of new functionalities
Documentation of system settings incl. process flows for the integration between SAP SF and the ERP landscape

Requirements

Successfully completed Bachelors or Masters degree in IT with first relevant work experience
Excellent knowledge in SAP HCM customizing and the integration with SAP SF
Excellent knowledge in Lifecycle Management Integration software components (e.g. PA_SE_IN, ODTFINCC)
Experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration/ Integration Suite as well as operative interface management
Development expertise (preferably ABAP, Groovy Script)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors including configuration and ServiceNow
Solution orientated and structured way of working
Assertive personality with enjoyment of working in a team
Strong communication skills and high social and intercultural competence
Fluent German and good English skills
