LANXESS UK is now recruiting a HSEQ Specialist – Systems to work at our Trafford Park site!

About the role!

LANXESS is looking for an experienced HSEQ Specialist - Systems to enhance and manage our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Management System. This role will ensure ISO9001 & ISO14001 compliance and oversee site-wide legal and environmental compliance, audits, training, and sustainability initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with environmental permits, ISO standards, and waste management

• Coordinate internal audits and lead incident investigations

• Manage environmental data, performance reporting, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate on safety training and HSEQ improvement initiatives

 

 

Experience / Skills

 

About You!

You will be an experienced HSEQ Specialist from a manufacturing background with a relevant degree qualification. You’ll need a strong knowledge of HSEQ systems, regulatory compliance, and ISO standards, plus skills in data analysis, training, and cross-functional teamwork.

You will be happy being site based and enjoy building relationships and encouraging a culture focused on safety and sustainability.
