Job Highlights
  • Support production by performing diagnostics and repairs regarding all regarding all electrical and instrumentation aspects of equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and instrumentation malfunctions of equipment and then repair, maintain, replace and install all parts and equipment as required to return the process to normal operation.
  • Apply working knowledge and experience to independently improve maintenance techniques and operations, and upgrade equipment.
  • Executes all required scheduled maintenance activities to support Production KPIs.
  • Support and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives and processes to promote consistent, high-quality products, streamlining of operations to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent with 3-5 years of expereince in a similar manufacturing environment. 
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime, including holidays, weekends, and on short notice call in as required.
  • Willingness and ability to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) such as steel toes, hardhat, protective eyewear, face shields, and arc flash protective gear and work in a high-hazard process.
  • Willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, ladders, columns, and to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, reach overhead, hear and respond to alarms, and possess visual acuity for close work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and SAP – able to learn new computer systems.
