Job Highlights

  • Perform packaging operations as per the customer orders.
  • Operate packaging machinery effectively to avoid any accidents.
  • Ensure that machines are working properly and safely.  Conduct minor repairs to packaging equipment.
  • Safe and proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with plant requirements and environmental regulations.
  • Stock all raw materials needed for packaging (i.e. pallets, slip sheets, tape, labels, trash boxes, ties, etc.)
  • Conduct general housekeeping
  • Maintain Core Values: safety, health, and environmental, highest ethical behavior, and  respect for people
  • Achieving and maintaining production targets, quality standards, and equipment
  • Support and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives


  • Minimum of a High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical industry
  • Ability to ship and label products variations accurately and efficiently. 
  • Must be proficient in the safe operation of Forklifts/Powered Industrial Trucks
  • Understanding of the importance of warehouse organization and the effective utilization of warehouse space
  • Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
