Job Highlights

Providing prompt, sustainable, quality engineering and maintenance support to manufacturing operations of all Production plants, and site infrastructure facilities to achieve Production targets meeting global QHSE standards, establishing Engineering & Automation strategy, defining correct balance between preventive / predictive shutdown maintenance on the basis of risk management for all plants and utilities.

To modernize, optimize, upgrade, improve installed systems (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation) to ensure reliability, greater yield, efficiencies, safety. Review design concept, estimate, bid and manage modification of installations for Production plants and utility installation at site, responsible for engineering contractual services and their management at site.
- Managing various contracting agencies from cost, safety, job execution, manpower management etc, leading all projects including innovation, green energy, emission reduction and cost reduction.

Ensuring all site statutory compliance & conducting Risk assessment on engineering installation, implementation of LEXCORE directives and X-Act for Engineering installation and Projects, responsible for Energy Management system and ISO system implementation for Engineering department.

Performance management, Skill and Capability development (Advice, Training, Feedback and Reviews), vendor evaluation and management, root cause analysis of breakdown; implementation of CAPA.

Key result areas will include Engineering Excellence, Plant uptime, reliability and safety, productivity and cost & legal compliance, controlling annual budgeting and planning process, oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecast performance against budget and operational goals, management of Engineering inventory
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech with Relevant Experience in Maintenance and Engineering
- Aroun 20-25 Years of Work Experience in large chemical unit.
- MNC exposure in Chemical Industry as Maintenance head role only (Project experience should not be considered).
- Exposure with Glass lined, and Graphite equipment is added advantage.
