Job Highlights

Please find appended below the primary responsiblities of an individual - HCL Sales , based at Nagda 

  •  Responsilble for Sales of HCL to direct customers , participate in tenders - government insitutions , manage the sale of 100000 TPA .
    • Influence customer decision maker to specify/select Lanxess product in process.
    • Negotiate with customer's and entre into perodical contracts  for volumes and price to have swift movement of HCL tankers  , ensuring no plant stoppage ,closely monitor the stocks - HCL tank farms .
    • Monitor credit worthiness and manage customer's accounting , Complaiance to Pollution Control documemtation. 
    • Close coordination with Production , Planning , QA and Logistics eams is a key for the movement of HCL from plant and  placement of tankers
    • Safety compliance on  movement of tankers to end customers ,  montoring GPS
  • • Keep up  dates on technical information in respect of products, markets, competitor activities, applications, market share, pricing, quality standards and new developments.  
    • Provide advice on product selection to meet customer requirements selling benefits of Lanxess material over competitors’ products.  
    • Ensure product / dispatch plans for each customer are updated with all current & relevant information concerning business development  
    • Monitor competitors’ activity, identifying market trends and customer requirements.

    • Identify the segments - with end applications to tap the potential of HCL users

Requirements

  • Specific Education : Commerce / Science Graduate 
  • Work Experience    : 5 - 10 years 
  • .Special Skills          : Self-starter who works independently in a team environment. Structured and organized working approach
    •                     : Having an experience in HCL / Chlor Alkalie business would be an added advanatge 
    •                     : Communication and Negotiation skills; Develop key contacts with customers to build relationships
