Job Highlights

Job highlights:

• Ensure the production plan as per budget gets excuted & its monitoring on daily basis.Ensure safe operation at plant with Zero MAQ.Ensure the RM & utility consumptions as per budget norms.

• Ensure proper co-ordination with other functions in plant (like QC, Utility, ETP, Technology , HSE, Procurement, stores & TF) for smooth operation. Co-ordinating with Process/Technology function for productivity improvement in all sections of the plants.

• Ensure no loss ,zero emission, and reduction in waste water generation. Ensure that every plant adheres to implementation of HSE Directives & ensure plant is in compliance mode. Conduct saftey dialogue ,ensure the proper implemetation of work permit system .
• Ensure timely delivery of daily and monthly reports and other data.Ensure the MOC tracking & its timely completion. Ensure that all documentation gets routed through X-Direct & its timely review.
• Ensure to have participation in Risk assement for new process/ change.Participate in HAZOP study & ensure implementation of its recommendations at resp operation area.
• Ensure follow up of ISO guidelines & implementation of HAZOP recommendations at shop floor ( Including documentation updation )
• Ensure monitoring the operations closely with tools like OSI PI, trend miner and control chart to have better control on process parameters & its analysis .
• Resource management of raw material, utility, manpower etc for unintrupted production .Ensure planing of crisis management.
• To emphasis & ensure good house keeping across the plant.

• Specific Education:- BE /B-Tech in Chemical Engineeing
• Work Experience:-  12 - 15 Years
• Special Skills:- Working in specilatiy chemicals & relevent chemistry
