Job Highlights

  • Develop new technological step-growth platforms and ensure technical global support of incremental growth opportunities as well as provide global manufacturing plant support.
  • Actively leads and supports major global R&D projects from idea phase to launch, involving global cross-functional collaboration, production, regulatory affairs and customers
  • Initiates and completes development and evaluation of new speciality polyurethane products in the laboratory
  • Proposes ideas on new technology development and builds patent position for our technologies  
  • Ensures successful scale up of new products at global manufacturing plants and supports plants in various manufacturing improvement processes

Requirements

  • BS required in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering (or a related field) with appropriate industrial experience. MS or Ph.D. in organic chemistry or polymer chemistry is desireable.
  • Work Experience - Ideally 5-10 years (will consider less if other qualifications are strong)

    • Excellent communication, presentation,  &  interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively
