Job Highlights

  • Implements the shipping, receiving, and inventory organization of materials and goods according to work requisitions and orders, assuring shipments are prepared, loaded and shipped on the desired date, including all necessary labeling and paperwork accompanying shipments.
  • Transports materials and goods for the purpose of shipping and receiving preparation, to include loading and unloading Box Trailer, Liquid Bulk Tankers and Overseas Containers.
  • Cleans and maintains warehouse areas and equipment regularly as required, promoting environmental cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Participates in the quarterly and annual physical inventory verification and identification processes, as well as attending and participating in meetings and safety sessions as required, providing accurate reporting and completing job safety evaluations as requested.
  • Maintains warehouse documentation and records according to Departmental procedures.
     

Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent, 3-5 years experience in an industrial/warehouse environment, experience/certification handling DOT hazardous materials, forklift experience moving and stacking pallets, drums and totes, experience with shipping and receiving paperwork, SAP working knowledge a plus, but not required.

•    Hands-On – shrinkwrapping product and proper bracing all loads as needed
