Job Highlights

 

 

  • Create and manage deep contacts with technical teams of existing and future customers by attending customer meetings, events, trade fairs and conferences
  • Monitor market trends and identify new ideas for business development
  • Develop a pipeline of business opportunities by nurturing ideas through analysis of their potential market size, relevant patents and key differentiators from competition or existing products
  • Act as an expert for existing product portfolio supporting the sales force in technical discussion with the customers
  • Actively participate in the steering team of the Business Unit in order to prioritize resources for new projects

Requirements

 

 

  • Master's degree in science (chemistry preferred) or business administration; higher degree preferred
  • At least 5 years with a scientific and/or business-related role
  • Knowledge/experience in chemical industry, especially preferably in food & beverage or home & personal care
  • Experience in marketing and sales (business tools, presentations in steering teams, customer communication)
  • Excellent communication & Networking skills
