Job Highlights

  • Execute customer orders in time and in full
  • Provide and follow up for all order related issues, leading up to a high degree of Customer Satisfaction

  • Coordinate the efficient movement of freight with the corporate logistics department to meet internal/external requirements.

  • Monitor product allocations together with Supply Chain Planner and BL Management at times of shortages.
  • Recommend and execute corrective actions for problems encountered in shipping, billing and damaged or returned inventory.

 

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service experience (3-5 years) would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills; a proficient working knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office Products and SAP.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing customer orders and sound decision making when circumstances arise.
