Job Highlights

  • Lead, develop and sustain a highly responsive, business-focused, and customer-driven regional IT Platform Operations team.
  • Oversee regional IT Platform Operations project management, operations and service delivery to ensure agreed upon commitments and service levels are met or exceeded.  
  • Align regional IT Platform Operations strategy and activities with the global IT Platform Operations organization.  
  • Manage effective working relationships with other global and regional internal IT teams.   
  • Manage third-party IT providers and ensure their effective delivery of IT services.
  • Identify and implement process improvements resulting in higher productivity, standardization, and cost/waste reduction.
  • Oversee and manage NORAM region IT Platform Operations costs in accordance with IT strategy and budget.
  • Ensure regional IT Platform Operations team maintains compliance with all corporate directives, ethics and safety standards.
  • Provide input and guidance to influence and support IT strategy that aligns with corporate business goals and objectives. 


  • BA/BS degree (business or technical discipline) and 10+ years of relevant business / information technology experience, or MBA/MS degree and 8+ years of relevant business / information technology experience.
  • Leadership, people management, and mentoring experience required.
  • Advanced conflict management, project management, problem resolution and relationship management skills required.
  • Experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, service desk and service delivery management areas.
