Job Highlights

  • Responsible for supporting and continually improving the day-to-day relationship between IT (both internal and managed service providers) and the end-users we support.
  • Ensures stable operations of the services delivered by the global User Experience team to under users in the North America region.
  • Works with site leaders within the region to inform, explain, and coordinate upcoming IT changes that will impact their sites or upcoming site changes that require IT involvement.
  • Understands and communicates IT KPIs relevant (and exception justifications) to IT leadership related to the User Experience team.
  • Works to continually improve those KPIs via problem management, continuous improvement initiatives, and sometimes direct involvement in individual requests that could miss SLA targets.
  • Participates as a project resource for projects within their responsibility area.
  • Works to ensure efficient and cost effective User Experience support by ensuring correct Resource Unit counts and eliminating unused/underutilized equipment from the landscape.


  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL concepts and best practices.
  • Experience working in diverse, multi-cultural, globally dispersed teams.
  • Proven understanding of ITIL standard processes (certification is a strong plus).
  • Previous experience with continuous improvement initiatives & project management required.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement. Fluency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.
