Job Highlights

  • Develop analysis and market studies through data collection and primary and secondary information in order to generate structured reports that support the commercial and technical department in the development of new business opportunities.
  • Monitor the main regional competitors through export import statistics and market information in order to anticipate possible competitive actions that threaten market share and offer risks to key business.
  • Support the Global Market Intelligence, Marketing and Business Strategy teams through regular exchange or specific reports aiming the continuous exchange of information on competitors, customers and markets.  Communicate news and findings with business unit IPG.
  • Assess and ensure the quality of customer, competitor and market data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system through periodic reports and KPIs to ensure the reliability of the information and analysis generated from this tool.
  • Propose actions to improve processes and data handling in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system at regional level (NAFTA) aiming the increase of user productivity and improving system performance.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the global CRM Key Users team to provide input to solve system and process problems, discuss news and sharing best practices of using the system.  Support / troubleshoot end users on system issues and escalate to CRM Support if needed.  Support and train end users on system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ad hoc projects and analysis to support sales, supply chain and other areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, PowerBI and Database Management software a plus.
  • This is a HYBRID role with the expectation to be on site in the Pittsburgh office 3 days per week each week.

The established starting pay range for this position is $68,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
